We are dedicated to ensuring that clients can rest easy knowing that we are here to help. The truth is that at some stage in life everyone needs to rely on others, regardless of how self-sufficient we actually are. The intricate way that the law figures into every facet of life puts us in a unique position to be just those individuals.
We can provide high quality legal work and have a devout resolution to help clients navigate their way through their transactions or issues by understanding problems through the right lens. Informed decision-making is only possible with knowledge and a framework for viewing a particular issue, and this is what we wish to instill. In this way we avoid removing the client from the matter and focus on helping the client resolve the matter. We very much look forward to working with you in this regard.
Bradley is amongst the third generation in a long and distinguished tradition of legal practice in the Durham Region; Marks & Marks was originally established in Oshawa in 1946 by Bradley’s Grandfather, Ernest Marks Q.C. For nearly a century, the Marks family has proudly assisted the residents of Oshawa, and the Region more broadly, with their legal needs. Bradley’s prime areas of practice are Real Estate and Wills and Estates law. Early in his legal career, Bradley also practiced family law.
Bradley studied Law at the National University of Ireland, returning home to join his father Ted Marks at Marks & Marks. While Bradley has been practicing law for ten years, he has also followed his families footsteps and concurrently serves and represents his constituents as their elected official in Ward 3, in Oshawa. It was in Ireland, that Bradley met his wife Julie and together they have four children. Believing in family and giving back to the community, Bradley has sought, like those before him, to serve as a voice for the community and to advocate for his clients. Bradley believes in giving back to the Community which is evident from his involvement in Oshawa youth hockey, baseball, and various involvement with different charitable institutions such as Durham Outlook for the Needy. Bradley is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario and a proud member of the Durham Region Law Association.
